1. Description of the Contest: The contest is chance based in where one Winner and two runner-up’s will be randomly selected from the “Vivid Insider” email list between September 1, 2003 and November 1 2003. Grand prize includes a day on a Vivid Movie set with the Vivid Girls. The Runner up prizes are a 25 and 10 piece assorted DVD prize pack awarded to the second and third place winners respectively. The Sponsor of the contest is Vivid Entertainment?, 15127 Califa St. Van Nuys, CA 91411.
2. How to Enter: By subscribing to the, ”Vivid Insider” email newsletter between September 1 2003 and November 1, 2003, registrants are automatically entered into the contest. All current subscribers will be entered as well so there is no need to subscribe again. Only one subscription/entry per verified email address.
3. Winner Selections. – Winners will be selected randomly by a Vivid Entertainment staff member whose decisions are final, binding, and conclusive on all matters. Decision of winners will be made on or before November 1, 2003. Winners will be notified via email. Odds of winning depend upon number of entries received. The total number of contestants anticipated is unknown and depends upon various factors.
4. Prizes. First prize is a trip to a Vivid movie set in southern California including all transportation costs and accommodations for one night valued at $5000. Second prize is a 25 pack of Vivid DVD’s valued at $1000. Third Prize is a 10 pack of Vivid DVD’s valued at $400. All prizes are non-transferable, and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any taxes are the responsibility of winner.
5. Eligibility. The contest is open to anyone twenty-one (21) years of age or older, a legal U.S. resident, excluding legal residents of the states of Arizona, Maine, and Rhode Island, and from a state or location where a contest of this nature is not prohibited by law. Employees and family members of VIVID, Webquest, Inc., LFP, Hustler, affiliates or advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win.
6. Additional Terms. By entering this contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges to the contest which are final in all respects. This contest is subject to all federal, state and municipal laws and regulations. If in the event only two (2) entries are received in accordance herewith, then the entry judged as the First Place winner will be awarded the Grand Prize and Second Prize; and the entry judged as the Second Place winner will be awarded the Third Prize. If in the event only one (1) entry is received in accordance herewith, then all Prizes will be awarded to the single entrant.
